In exactly 76 days the Salvador Dali Museum will open in St. Petersburg, Florida. The building alone makes the trip worth it.
Have you ever seen a more amazing museum?
It fits perfectly with Dali’s surrealistic style. The staircase gives me goosebumps and the opportunity to be up close…
Last Sunday, Irati, Belen, and I tried to go to the Klementinum. Apparently it was closed.
We ended up going to the Museum of the City of Prague. It wasn’t all that interesting, but admission was only 50 crowns, so it wasn’t too big of a loss.
We ended up eating “authentic” food (I finally tried fried cheese!) and getting coffee after. It was pouring rain all day.

Everyone knows The Met is the city’s most epic museum, with a vast collection from ancient to modern. I don’t have to tell you that it is a must see. I love to twirl around the period rooms alone, with my iPod, and day dream. My favorite is probably the interior from the Hôtel…
The US National World War II Museum is asking people to donate $10 to keep admission free for WWII vets. Very worth cause and Greatest Generation-endorsed!
